Facility Rentals

St. Ignatius Loyola Academy makes its facilities available for community use and events, when not in use for school programming.

To inquire about renting a facility space, the first step is to complete the Facility Rental Inquiry Form. This will allow us to determine if St. Ignatius Loyola Academy can accommodate your event. The Director of Events will follow up with you after your form submission.

Event Spaces

Spaces are generally available on weekdays from 6-9pm, and weekends from 9am-5pm.

 

Additional Fees

Additional personnel or staff may be required, at the discretion of the Advancement Office.

Event Cleaning: $50 (for any event that produces garbage)

Rental Manager: $25/hr (required if no Academy staff are involved with event)

Pre-Tech Set Up/Instruction: $25

6ft Folding Tables: $5/per

Folding Chairs: $1/per
